Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is safely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
